Are you looking for space?
Are you a small theatre/dance company, an individual artist or creative small business looking for space? We are seeking partners to share a very exciting space in the south of Leicester city. There is plenty of room for office, workshop and storage space as well as a large studio suitable for rehearsal, dance etc.
We feel that there is enormous potential for a thriving creative arts and business centre which we are very excited about. We are interested in hearing from anyone who needs any or all of: office, workshop, storage and studio space. It may be that you are looking to expand [there is lots of room], or maybe you are just starting up [the spaces will be at very competitive rates] and would like to work in a supportive, fun and buzzing environment.
