| Job Title:Part-Time Family Project Development Worker | Salary:£25,000 pro rata for 1 day per week

| Purpose of the role / Primary Objective:
The primary function of the post is to proactively develop Bamboozle’s programme of family projects. This post will operate to drive the identification of new funding opportunities as well as develop new relationships with families for whom the projects are appropriate.

| Tasks / Duties / Responsibilities
Administration - Coordinate with the range of stakeholders integral to the work; artistic directors, management board, artists, parents, local authorities and funders. - Research and prepare applications for project funding from all appropriate sources. - Develop and maintain a database of families for whom Bamboozle’s work is appropriate. - Ensure appropriate monitoring and evaluating systems are in place to record evidence of achievement of the family projects to promote the work of Bamboozle and meet evaluation criteria of funding bodies.
Networking - Establish and maintain new partnerships and working practices
Any other duties which are deemed necessary to the success of the post and to the Company by the Artistic Directors.
