We’re looking for a Company Manager to join Bamboozle’s team!

Bamboozle is seeking an experienced Company Manager to take an overview of our work plan, provide financial management, and bench-mark delivery against our strategic plans.
This is a senior post in a well-established theatre company, with a track record of empowering learning disabled children and young people through creative interaction and a growing international touring schedule.
Our programme is delivered across three areas of activity:

Theatre & Touring – we take high quality, interactive and immersive performances into theatres and special schools in order to reach, engage and entertain all children – no matter what their learning disability.
Families & Community – we produce transformative multi-sensory experiences for learning disabled children and their whole families – and finds ways to engage those that are hardest to reach.
Education & Learning – we provide innovative creative learning experiences for children with special needs and share our pioneering methodology with teachers, arts professionals and others through training and research projects.

The post will suit an ambitious candidate with excellent organisational skills keen to take on a challenge and to make an impact within a dynamic and entrepreneurial organisation. The ideal post-holder will:
• have high quality experience in the arts and/or charity sectors,
• have managed budgets – expected turn over in 2018/19 is £600,000
• be used to reporting at a senior level
• have an interest in disability arts
• have an eye for developing creative opportunities
• enjoy working with friendly people and having fun at work

The post holder will play a key role in ensuring compliance with and monitoring performance against NPO and other grant criteria. They will take responsibility for the core operational team and report to the Artistic Director and the Board of Trustees.

Bamboozle is a registered Charity and Company Limited by Guarantee and will become an NPO in April 2018.
