Where the Wild Things Are
An interactive performance for children with learning difficulties; a chance to be part of Max’s expedition into a fantastic land where the Wild Things live!
Pupils are sensitively guided through this interactive show based on the well loved children’s book, adapted by Bamboozle Theatre Company.
The audience of this amazing journey are directly involved with the action and the story. The experience will give pupils the opportunity to develop their imagination during magical moments of theatre as the story of the Max’s adventure to meet the wild things unfolds.
The total sensory experience with live music, songs, soundscapes, animation and puppets, full of action, emotion and laughter.
Pre-show workshop for up to 6 students with profound and multiple learning difficulties which gives students with complex needs an opportunity to access the performance through a 30 minute multi-sensory workshop during which they will explore the themes of the story and create a soundscape, which can be integrated into the show.
